Dear Prom Guest,

We wish to welcome you to the Cranbury Inn.  As a guest at our Inn, we do have a few rules that we ask that you follow during your visit. Please read the following items and have each person in you room and their parents sign and return this letter at check-in.  Each person in your room must sign the letter.  Failure to return letter with proper signatures may result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.  The person who signs for room is responsible for deposit, quests in room and any damages which may occur during stay.

1. We ask that you give approximate time of arrival so that a staff member will be available to meet and check you in.
2. We ask that you bring cash or credit card to pay balance of your room.
3. You will need to have $100.00 cash as a deposit on the room.  It will be refunded when you check out of your room and after it has been inspected (each member of the rooms is responsible for the total room and behavior of the other members).
4. NO OUTSIDE visitors will be allowed in your room or at the Inn at any time.  You must have your identification on you at all times at the Inn or you will be asked to leave without refund of money.
5. Quiet time starts at 10:00PM.
6. If you are under 21 years of age, drinking in the Inns rooms or or property will  NOT be tolerated.  If caught with alcohol, you and your roommates will be asked to leave resulting in forfeit moneys and deposit paid.
7. Use of Illegal substances on property will not be tolerated.  If caught or suspected of using illegal substances, you and your guests will be asked to leave resulting in forfeiture of moneys and deposit paid.
8. We must have names and reach phone numbers of guest's parents.  The reach number should be one that they can be reached at any hour of the day or night.
9. No swimming before or after posted times.  Pool rules must be obeyed.
10. The Cranbury Inn will not be held liable or responsible for any personal injury that may occur while a guest at the Inn.
11. You must obey all other hotel rules and be considerate of other guests at all times.
12. If you or any member of you party is asked to leave for ANY reason, you will forfeit your deposit and the total amount of your weekend stay.  Your parents may be called and also the Seaside Heights Police Department may be contacted if there is a problem and will act accordingly.
13. Smoking in any Non-Smoking room will result in a $100 fine per night.
14. CANCELLATION FEE - $50.
